Howard C. Weinstein, President, is a licensed title agent in Maryland,
Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Georgia, Florida, New
Jersey and Ohio, and he has been a Maryland Attorney, specializing
in residential and commercial real estate titles and closings, since
1974. Mr. Weinstein attended the University of Baltimore, where he
obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees.

Brad R. Weinstein, Vice President, has been a Maryland Attorney
since 1998. He is a member in good standing of the Maryland Bar
Association and attended the University of Maryland at College Park,
where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He obtained his
Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of
Law.
